About
The mission of this conference is to bring students, educators, scholars, and administrators from APEC member economies together to celebrate the success of the APEC Cyber Academy and to explore feasible approaches to enhance global virtual learning communities of practice with ICT.
More than 3,000 students, school teachers, scholars, and administrators from Taiwan will take part in the conference along with approximately 20 students, school teachers, scholars, and administrators from overseas and the member economies of APEC.
The conference is composed of three programs: (a) Practice of Global Education. (b) ACA 2008 International Online Contest Awards Gala, and (c) Symposium and Students Summit on ICT and Global Virtual Learning Community.
